At Clover, we’re working to solve the country’s most complex and expensive problem: improving healthcare. Clover Health is a Medicare Advantage insurer that combines technology and preventive care to lower costs and increase the quality of life for those who need it most.
We believe in being thorough with our data analysis to ensure we understand the impact various diversity and inclusion initiatives have on our employee community. In addition to the data below, which reflects our latest EEO-1 report, we also look at ethnicity with more granularity (for example, breaking “Asian” down into more specific areas and allowing employees to identify multiple ethnicities) in an internal annual survey started in 2017. Those numbers will be updated this summer.
